- The Group concentrates on the business of asset management, fund management and fund distribution as well as on banking services through its subsidiary Bank Gutenberg AG.
- The Group was founded in Zurich in 1988.
- The Group employs more than 60 staff members at its locations in Zurich, Schaan (FL) and Geneva.
- The Group falls under the ordinance of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and has a Banking and Securities Dealer licence (Bank Gutenberg AG) as well as the permission to act as a fund distributor (Cat Fund AG).
