- 2000: Listing on the BX Berne Exchange (Bloomberg-Symbol: CAF SW)
- 2006: Creation of a holding company structure with operative units in the areas asset management, fund business and brokerage
- 2010: Banking licence permission in addition to the securities dealer licence; Name change from Cat Brokerage AG to Bank Gutenberg AG.
